Camp Registration Dates and Information

RMS Cross Country Camp
Dates: June 16th - August 1st Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday Grades: 5th - 8th (Co-Ed) Time: 7:30am - 9:00am Cost: $100 Includes T-shirt Registration Deadline: June 20th REGISTER

All participants will learn about the basics of distance running, training concepts, the importance of nutrition, and the value of weight and core training for distance running. The basis of our instruction is consistency through a TEAM concept to achieve personal bests and have fun! All ability levels are welcome and encouraged to participate. This is a lifelong, rewarding, and healthy activity for kids of all ability levels. All participants will receive a camp T-shirt. *Please note camp will not be held on July 3rd and 4th due to the holiday!
