Calling all middle school chefs! If you love food and want to level up your kitchen skills, this hands-on camp is for you! throughout the week, you'll learn essential techniques like kitchen safety, sanitation, how to measure properly, follow different recipes, learn kitchen vocab, knife skills, and teamwork - all while cooking up some seriously delicious dishes! This year, we'll be making creamy fettuccine alfredo with garlic bread, tasty tacos, fluffy funnel cakes, and homemade sugar cookie kits that you'll get to take home to decorate with homemade icing! Plus every camper will receive their very own apron to wear in camp along with a recipe packet from the week to keep as a souvenir to continue their cooking adventures!
